Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy

All Window Tint Skool courses and training materials are delivered digitally.

Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted, materials cannot be “returned.”

For this reason, all sales are considered final unless stated otherwise below.


7-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee 

We offer a 7-day conditional refund from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

To be eligible, you must:

  • Request a refund within 7 days of purchase

  • Have completed no more than 20% of the course content

  • Provide proof that you attempted the training material

  • Email us explaining why the course did not meet your expectations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The majority of course content has been accessed

  • Materials have been downloaded excessively

  • Login credentials were shared

  • The refund request is abusive, fraudulent, or dishonest

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


No Refunds After 7 Days

After 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback

  • Provide proof of course access and usage

  • Permanently revoke access to all current and future programs
